Applicants must possess their Take Up Your Space Completion Certificate and Coaching Certificate to enroll, ensuring a solid foundation for success.
THE PROCESS:

ATTEND THE TRAINING
Attend one of three intensive training sessions offered throughout the year, either online or face-to-face. These group sessions will cover the manuals' advanced fundamentals over 3 days through interactive discussions and case studies, enhancing participants' ability to facilitate and advise others.

APPLICATION EXAM
This exam entails applying the processes outlined in the manual to real-world case studies, focusing on assisting a coach with a client. Achieving a 75% pass mark is essential to demonstrate your ability to validate your understanding. It prepares you to navigate various coaching scenarios with confidence and competence.

PASS THE PRACTICAL
Facilitators will undergo four one-on-one assessment sessions with a mentor. These sessions offer personalised feedback and Q&A opportunities, ensuring facilitators are well-prepared for their role in guiding others on their learning journey.

Becoming a facilitator grants access to the Lions Arise referral network, enabling collaboration with Lions Arise and ministry partners. This affiliation offers opportunities to earn additional revenue through coaching or by training others to become coaches. Facilitators can also earn income by supervising assessments.
