The Take Up Your Space Manual and workbook were created as a self-study tool to explore the effects of trauma on a spirit, soul and body level. It was created to help individuals, pastoral counsellors, lay counsellors and registered counsellors to have a better understanding of the spiritual integrative perspective along with simple processes they can use to facilitate healing and wholeness. The processes are also there just as a guideline and can be adapted to suit the individual. What is important is that we always need to consider that the Holy Spirit is the True Counsellor and we should always take our leading from Him no matter what processes we follow.

Our course options also allow community members to become certified TUYS Coaches and Facilitators. This will create an opportunity for knowledge transfer and facilitate reaching those in need. It is not only a personal investment but an investment in the lives of others.
